Meet Our Founder

JAMES SNYDER

Construction isn’t just my job. It’s my passion.

I grew up in Southern Idaho, where I first fell in love with building while watching my parents construct our family home. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for transforming spaces into something beautiful, functional, and enduring. In 2007, I moved to Tacoma and quickly knew the Pacific Northwest was where I wanted to put down roots. I launched Kairos Construction in 2015, and now—ten years in—I’m proud to be raising a family here while building a legacy grounded in craftsmanship, integrity, and connection. At Kairos, we specialize in custom homes and remodels, partnering with families to breathe new life into the places they call home.
